An executive employed
in a management position sought advice on the formation of his own company.
Character analysis in relation to his Fate Line revealed he should not
aspire to hold the top post in any company. He is not destined to lead.
He is most effective as the second in command.
Sandwiched between his superiors and colleagues in perpetual conflicts
led to circumstances which forced his resignation. He set up a company
with former colleagues as shareholders. He was advised not to seek the
top position. The new company was incorporated with him as Managing Director.
The chairman position was allocated to another person. Operation was running
smoothly and successfully.
A clamour for control of authority started among the management partners
which resulted in a split-up with the chairman in one camp and shareholders
in another. Again the client was torn in between.
He chose to set up a new company with the shareholders. Although the client
was the most qualified to be the chairman of his new company, he was reminded
by the palmist-consultant not to undertake the responsibility. The client
overwhelmed by secret personal ambition ignored the warning. He took complete
control of the running of the company. Business problems became acute,
amassing heavy financial losses. In tandem the client was offered reemployment
by his former company. He should have seized the opportunity. Pride took
precedence and he rejected the offer. His company got into deeper trouble,
accumulating massive debts and eventually became defunct.
